Career EduHub offers both digital and offline educational services, including courses at our tuition center in Bikaner, Rajasthan. Physical materials and products, such as automatic school bells, may involve shipping, while digital services are delivered electronically.
- Digital course materials are sent via email or WhatsApp within 5–10 working days after course admission.
- Physical course materials for offline courses are shipped to the address provided during admission, with delivery in 7–14 working days.
- Supplementary courses, such as free career counseling or bonus workshops, may be offered to support your learning journey with Career EduHub.
- No exchange is applicable for digital or offline course services, as they are customized per user.
- Automatic school bells purchased from Career EduHub can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to condition verification.
- No returns or refunds are allowed for any digital services, offline courses, or physical products, including automatic school bells.
- Fees for any events conducted by Career EduHub are non-refunded.
- Ensure correct contact and address information during admission to avoid delivery issues for digital or physical materials.
- Digital access to course materials is provided immediately upon enrollment confirmation for online courses.
- Certificates for digital courses are delivered when the course is completed and are non-transferable.
- Certificates for offline courses are provided to students by hand and are non-transferable.
- Course access links for digital courses are valid for one year from the date of enrollment.
- All course fees, for both digital and offline courses, must be paid in advance.
- Contact support within 24 hours for delivery issues or discrepancies related to digital or physical materials.
